Very good but ...

Does pretty much everything an iTouch plus Windows user would want without having to become an accountant but:
1. You *really* need the desktop part (which is also very good)
2. The synching with the desktop is awful--you never know what result youll get *unless* you make sure that you synch in *one* direction at a time only (i.e. dont synch "simultaneously!)
